Kept is an effort dedicated to preserving every part of the human experience.
It's about every choice i've made in my life up until now. It's about the choices other people have made for me. It's about choices that have affected me regardless of my involvement.

I'm nineteen years old now, and i am slowly becoming an adult. I am in limbo.
I exist in a time in my life where i have made many of the choices that will most likely determine a large part of my future, but I have yet to experience the consequences.

I will wait.
There is no moving forward.
There is no going back.

Kept is a dance record, and for the most part void of any singing.
I want people to dance.
I want people to dance for real.
I want people to dance because they have no other choice but to give in to a primal urge.
I want this to be instinct.

Because instinct is true.
instinct is what brought us here.
instinct is behind every choice, whether we choose to follow it or not.
